"Aphorisms the censor can understand are rightly condemned."
- Karl Kraus, Vienna circa 1939.
Now, why would Mr. Ray Davis dedicate a post on the predicament of black, public intellectuals in a racist society to me? Then he veers off mid-post into writing about persecution of writers under totalitarian regimes. I don't get that either. I mean, a) I am white b) I am a highly regarded Wealth Bondage professional, and c) This is America where we are all free for the taking. Mr. Davis writes in riddles. Trying to save his own ass, probably, for all the good it will do him. He may be white, but he is an intellectual.
I put some fest in the schrfit for you.
